Jason has worked on jobs in our house in London over the past four or five years, renovating bathrooms, kitchens, painting internally and externally. He is presently managing our house whilst we live abroad for a few years. He has always been efficient, on budget, tidy and a pleasure to have around, his team included. I would recommend Jason highly as an intelligent worker who rarely sees any job as a 'problem'.

There is frankly no one better in my opinion. Specifically:

1. Quality: The finish you get from Jason / his team's work is the highest I have ever seen. No one can create brush work like him or resurrect woodwork or walls the way he can. Also he will not recommend a quick fix if the right answer is something else. 

2. Reliability: He is there when he says he will be and does exactly what he says he will. I have never had to chase him and he has NEVER let me down. I include the time he painted five floors of hallway, my lounge and dining room in 5 days so that my son's post baptism party could happen in a fabulously tidy house. 

3. Price: He is not the cheapest but he is far from the most expensive, and he will never try to over charge. I have never seen quality for the price like he delivers and I went through a number of suppliers before I was recommended Jason by our plaster / moulding expert.

4. Management of Expectations: Jason is a very smart and articulate guy. He will manage your expectations from the outset providing good advice and suggestions not because you will spend more but to get you the best outcome. 

5. Listed Buildings: My house is Grade II listed and was subject to a lot of scrutiny by English Heritage because it is quite unusual / was subject to some dramatic changes in the 60s.   Jason knows exactly what to do in houses like that and has worked all over London doing just that. I have no doubt of his

ability to take good care of the very old parts of the house and keep me out of trouble. He has worked on the original mouldings and the windows in addition to the normal decorating.

Final point: it was their contribution to the house that meant it was shown in Homes and Gardens (November 2011).
